UK standard sizing is used for ordering your wedding dress, please note the comparison table below to obtain your correct size. We can make wedding dresses from size 6 to size 26. Please purchase your gown via the paypal cart and email us via the Contact Us page to confirm the dress name, size and colour required. It may be possible to make a gown for you if you have your own design, again please email via the Contact Us page with any queries.

Custom made wedding dress
We can custom size your wedding dress for you, this requires you to provide us with various measurements as detailed below so that your wedding dress fits you, minimising the requirement for alternations etc and there is no extra charge for this service. Measurements required from you for a custom made wedding dress
Measurement Tips
Bust - Not your bra size! Take the tape around your back and bring it across the fullest part of your bust. Your arms should be relaxed, down at your sides. You must wear a bra when taking this measurement.
Waist - This is the smallest part of your waist. Typically it's an inch or so above your belly button. Also known as the natural waistline.
Hips - This is the widest part of your hips, across the hipbone. Measurement is taken approximately 7 inches below the natural waistline. This measurement is not needed for full gowns.
Natural Height - Your height from head to toe.
Hollow to hem - Start the tape at the hollow at the base of your neck and measure down to where you want the hem. Also, be sure you are wearing the same height heel you'll wear on your wedding day.
Bust Points - This is the length between your nipples
Arm Girth - Relax your arm and measure around the largest part of the upper arm.
Arm Length - Start the tape at your shoulder down to your hand.
Around Shoulder - This is the measurement around your shoulder.
Nape to Waist - Measure from the base of the neck at the back to the Natural Waist.
Waist to Hem - Measure from your Natural Waist to where you want the hem to be. Be sure you’re wearing the same height heel you'll wear on your wedding day.
Arm Hole - generally only required if you are buying a bolero or you have straps/sleeves on your gown - measure further up from arm girth - under your arm pit and round to your shoulder bone ( should measure a few inches more than your arm girth)

Wedding Dress Care
When your wedding dress arrives, whilst we will endeavour to package your purchase in a way which minimises creasing, there may be some crinkles which need to drop out. Hang your wedding dress in the bathroom while running a shower or bath will help. If you find any smaller crinkles, you can spray some steam from your iron close to the material but never touching. Your iron must never come into contact with the material. Alternatively, you can take to a professional garmet cleaner who will be able to steam the garment for you.

Payment
You can pay online via a credit or debit card via Pypal checkout which is a secure online method.. Please pop a note in the paypal payment or email us via Contact Us Page to confirm what colour & size gown you would like or if custom made option, include your measurements. An order confirmation will be sent to you by email following receipt of your payment to confirm your order details within 24 hours. Your items will be quality checked by Felicity Bridal before being packaged and sent out to you.

Cancellation
You have 48 hours from placing your order to being able to cancel the transaction. After this period, the work to make your gown will have already started and a cancellation will not be possible. Your gown will be posted to you within 8/9 working weeks or APPROX 5 working weeks if a rush order charge has been paid. If you wish to return the gown once it has arrived with you, you may do so following the returns and exchange policy below. There is no refund available for any rush order fee.

Full returns & exchange policy

Should your item/s not meet your requirements, you must advise Felicity Bridal by email within 3 x calendar days of signed for delivery, then we will accept the returned item/s and process your refund, however the item/s must be returned within 7 working days of delivery. The cost of return postage & insurance to Felicity Bridal in the UK will be funded by you, the customer, and the item/items must be sent recorded delivery. Upon receipt of the returned item/items in the original unworn condition at Felicity Bridal, your refund will be processed.
Exchange
You can also exchange your wedding dress for another size or a different style if the dress does not fit/suit. You may return the dress to FelicityBridal following the above process and timescales and we will send you out an exchange, this will obviously be subject to a further 8-9 approx. weeks delivery period in order to get the new dress made. The only cost to you is returning the dress to FelicityBridal insured and recorded delivery, in the original condition.

Delivery Details
Delivery within the UK is free. International delivery 30.00. From the date you order your dress, delivery to you once the payment has cleared will be approximately 8/9 working weeks. You can pay an extra 40.00 to guarantee to receive it within APPROX 5 working weeks. Under no circumstances would the rush order fee be refundable. If you wish to have a rush order, please check this with us first via the contact us page.
